SD series industrial liquid immersion freezer is designed for flash / quick freezing of food products, such as red meat, fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables etc.

1) The flash/quick freezing process can perfectly preserve the original quality of food products.
2) Food product is submerged in -30 ℃ ethanol-based liquid, so the products are evenly frozen from all size with very high thermal conductivity.
3) The cooling medium (ethanol-based fluid) is food grade and can be recycled for very long time.
4) The ethanol-based fluid can sterilize the food packages at the same time.
5) Much easier process and low operation cost than freezers working with liquid nitrogen or dry ice.
